The camera is called SMTKEY SMT-HI3516E-V, it costs $28.48 with Hi3516EV100 processor (there is also a $6.3 more expensive option for Hi3516EV300, but by and large the only difference is that a more powerful processor gives 25 frames per second , not 20). The difference in image quality impressed me. This is the module.
